Each week in our program there will be a different positive behavioral word that is used for the theme of that week. This word and a few key quotes reflecting on this term will be posted around the facility for the student athletes to see. It will also serve as the theme that all of our discussions will focus on for that week. This should then culminate in the pregame speech.
